Information you provide
When you request a quote, Rakecraft stores your name, email, optional company and phone number, notes, selected tool configurations and quantities. We use these details to review your request and contact you about tooling.
Your saved selections
The quote list is saved in your browser so it remains available when you return. Removing a selection or clearing the list removes it from that browser. Submitting a quote creates a separate saved business request with a reference number.
Hosting and access
The website and quote database are hosted on Rakecraft's Hetzner server. Quote records are restricted to owner access. The quote database stores a hash of your network address to limit automated submissions. Public visitors cannot view the quote inbox.
Contact and deletion requests
To ask about, correct or request deletion of your quote details, email rakecrafttooling@gmail.com and include your quote reference if available.
A saved quote confirmation means the website recorded your request. The optional email link opens your own email application; an email is sent only when you send it there.
